​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund with the following conditions

  • The request to return the order must be made in less than 30 days of receiving it by sending a return inquiry via email.

  • The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition. If you’re not sure about it, send us a photo of the order.

  • The customer is responsible for the order return.  Venom Tactical Gear will take into account the location of the customer in order to provide the closest warehouse location.

  • The customer will be able to exchange the order for another product or request a refund:

    • Venom Tactical Gear will ship the exchanged product free of charge.

    • In case the customer requests a refund, the refund will be provided with the same method of payment – for example, if the customer paid with PayPal, the refund will go through PayPal and if the payment was made via credit card, the refund will go directly to the credit card. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed by the credit card company.

    • In case the customer received an incorrect product or a malfunctioning product, Venom Tactical Gear will take on the expenses of returning the order and exchanging it.

There are no further restrictions on returns. The customer can return any product which was purchased from Venom Tactical Gear within the above stated policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If your cancellation request has been made within 6 hours of payment, send us a cancellation request via email.

  • Backorder items can be canceled before the product ships by sending us a cancellation request via email.

  • If your order has already been shipped, leave us a message via email and refuse the package when you are notified about it. After the tracking information shows that the package is rerouted back to us, we will refund your payment.

  • Cancellation will not incur a restocking fee from the customer side.

  • If the customer wishes to return a product already received, follow return policy.
